Home buyers deserve the best and most timely information about loan products and the pre-requisite qualifications; the most efficient processes possible, given our modern age of computing and communications; and a caring and thoughtful human being to work with, not some online loan calculator with a pleasant-sounding voice-over reading a scripted sales pitch. My experience, knowledge, and concern, paired with MVB Mortgage’s diverse resources, give me the edge over my competition time and time again. From traditional single-family homes and townhouses (as Primary or Secondary residences), to vacation homes and investment properties, MVB Mortgage has a loan product to match almost every need. We are a “condo-friendly” lender and understand the condo market quite well. My favorite projects are new home construction loans, as we have dynamic loan products and are among the few lenders offering 100% financing for VA loans.
When I’m not helping a client identify the best financing scenarios for their new home, I can be found working with my great friends in the community. I have been an active member of the Shallotte Rotary Club for many years, and have served as Fundraising Chair, President (twice), and as a Board Member. I was honored as Rotarian of the Year in 2009 and as a Paul Harris Fellow. I am so very proud of the efforts our club has made to serve our community! Recently I was elected to the 2015 Board of Directors of the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, and was selected to the Committee of 100 for Economic Development of Brunswick County. It is a great honor to represent my neighbors and fellow business people. Likewise, I have enjoyed working with the Brunswick County Association of Realtors as a member, past affiliate of the year, and as a past committee chair. Of course, I would be remiss not to note that Coastal North Carolina is one of the best for enjoying the company of family and friends, beaches and golf, and all the region’s activities, festivals, and beautiful scenery. I surely don’t miss out on those opportunities!
